10 Minute Sticky-sweet Skillet Cookies

These cookies are so simple to make,and the flavor is so sweet and rich,you only need a few to satisfy your sweet tooth!
Ingredients
- 1 C. chopped,pitted dates shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 1 C. sugar shopping list
- 3/4 C. chopped walnuts shopping list
- 3 C. Rice Krispies shopping list
- powdered sugar for dipping shopping list
How to make it
- Mix dates,eggs,butter and sugar together.
- Cook in a skillet over low-medium heat (stirring constantly) for approx 10 minutes so the butter and dates break down to a sticky,gooey mess.
- Add chopped nuts and rice krispies.
- Take off heat and let sit for 5 more minutes.
- Grease your hands with oil and roll into nickel-sized balls.
- Instantly drop into powdered sugar.
- Store in an airtight container lined with wax paper.
