Rolled Reubens Recipe
ROLLED REUBENS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Carmichael Estate in Richardson Texas in 1982.

Ingredients
  • 1 can refrigerator crescent rolls
  • 3/4 cup sauerkraut
  • 4 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
  • 12 ounces shredded deli corned beef
  • 2 tablespoons thousand island dressing

Directions
  1. Unroll crescent rolls and separate.
  2. Spread each triangle of dough with 1 teaspoon dressing.
  3. Top with corned beef, cheese and sauerkraut then roll from large to small end.
  4. Place on cookie sheet with point end down and bake at 425 for 12 minutes.
  5. Cut each crescent in half and serve immediately.
