Veal Parmesan With Marinara Sauce Recipe
I love to cook angel pasta to go with it. A very nice simple salad of baby greens or any kind of lettuce you love, tomatoes, cucumbers and salad dressing you like on top of salad. You could also do up some garlic bread.

Ingredients
  • Veal cutlet
  • Marinara sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • bread crumbs
  • eggs
  • olive oil

Directions
  1. If you buy veal cutlets that aren't breaded then you need to use bread crumbs and eggs.
  2. Take the veal cutlet and dip into beaten egg.
  3. Take out of egg and then put into bread crumbs and cover completely.
  4. Put Veal cutlet into fry pan that has hot olive oil in it and fry to brown each side.
  5. Lift up veal cutlet and pour in the marinara sauce all over the bottom of frypan.
  6. Put the veal cutlet on top of sauce.
  7. Take grated mozzarella cheese and cover veal cutlet.
  8. Put lid on frypan and turn it down low to just have mozzarella cheese melt.
  9. Then take veal cutlet out and onto warm plate. Pour marinara sauce either on side or over.
