Ingredients

4 waffle cups

1/2 cup crushed chocolate-covered butter toffee bars

1/2 pint coffee ice cream

1/4 cup chocolate sauce

Additional pieces of butter toffee bars

Directions

Place 1 tablespoon crushed toffee in each of the waffle cups.

Scoop in 1/4 cup ice cream then layer with 1 tablespoon chocolate sauce and 1 tablespoon crushed toffee.

Top with 1/4 cup-scoop ice cream.

Garnish with toffee pieces.

Serve immediately.

Yummmmmy! I'm going to try it this way 1st since I LOVE toffee. The next time I think I might try sprinkling with crushed chocolate wafers. Kinda like a mud pie in a bowl!
