Deviled eggs

- 1 doz eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cp mayonase shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 tbs sweet pickle relish shopping list
- 1 tbs rice vinegar shopping list
- 1 tbs cream style horse raddish shopping list
How to make it
- place eggs in large kettle of cold water. Slowly bring to a hard boil
- turn off heat and allow eggs to cool in water
- peel eggs and cut in half removing the yolks place whites on plate
- mash egg yolks
- add mayo, relish, vinegar, and horse raddish
- mix well and add salt and pepper to taste. My measurements are approximate on the salt and pepper. My method of cooking the eggs prevents them from turning green. Every one tells me these are the best deviled eggs they have ever had.
