How to make it

  • Place one scoop of ice cream into two chilled tall glasses.
  • Pour root beer over the ice cream, add another scoop and repeat.
  • If possible, repeat again.
  • Top with non dairy whipped cream and cherries.
  • This sounds so delicious, and hopefully you're lucky to have a store nearby that carries vegetarian/vegan items, such as Whole Foods Market, etc. Some of them carry soy whipped cream in a can. We only have one such store nearby, but I'm sure big cities have more options.
