Ingredients

11 oz. All-purpose Flour

1 tsp. Salt

2 tsp. Baking powder

1 Egg

1 cup Milk

1 Tbsp Butter ; melted

1 tsp. Mixed Spice

1 tsp. Sugar

1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

Directions

1. Sift flour,salt,sugar ,baking powder and mix spice into a bowl. Stir together the milk egg and melted butter. Add this mixture to the flour mixture until combined.

2. Fry pancakes in hot oil. When bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake is ready for turning. Slightly lift bottom after a minute or two and check if it is golden, if so the pancakes are ready .

3. Serve pancakes with Egg , bacon or just have plain. Pancakes can also be served with sweet items such as jam,jelly,powder sugar and maple syrup and the list can go on.
