How to make it

  • Place a Vanilla Wafer in the bottom of a paper cupcake liner in muffin pan. (24)
  • Mix together well the cream cheese, eggs, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla.
  • Spoon mixture on top of wafer until 2/3 full.
  • Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes.
  • Cool.
  • Top with pie filling of your choice.
