Ingredients
- 24 vanilla wafers shopping list
- 2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 3/4 c. sugar. shopping list
- 1 T. lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- pie filling (Cherry, Strawberry, Blueberry, etc.) shopping list
How to make it
- Place a Vanilla Wafer in the bottom of a paper cupcake liner in muffin pan. (24)
- Mix together well the cream cheese, eggs, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla.
- Spoon mixture on top of wafer until 2/3 full.
- Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes.
- Cool.
- Top with pie filling of your choice.
