This is a great alternative to maple syrup, or you can use it as a glaze for chicken.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups honey
  • 2 TB butter
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tsp. tarragon

Directions
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, add honey and butter.
  2. When butter is melted, add lime juice and tarragon.
  3. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  4. You can also use orange juice and different herbs like rosemary or sage.
