Mediterranean Style Zucchini Salad Recipe

How to make it

  • Wash zucchini. Cut into sticks.
  • Cook zucchini in just enough water to cover for about 5 minutes. You want them softer, but not squishy.
  • While zucchini is cooking, mix other ingredients well for dressing.
  • Drain zucchini well.
  • Drizzle on dressing just before serving.
