Roasted Red Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

12 small red potatoes

1 Tbsp. olive oil

1 1/2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Original Blend

Directions

Cut potatoes into wedges

Toss potatoes with oliveoil and 1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Original Blend in a bowl

Roast in a preheated 400 F oven for 30 minutes

Increase heat to 450 F Sprinkle with remaining Mrs. Dash continue to roast for 5 - 10 minutes or until tender and brown.

These are really good and you can easily change up the spices to whatever you want. I always have to have lots of garlic on mine (no vampires in this house lol) I also am lazy and instead of washing another bowl I just put everything in a large zip lock bag and get a little exercise shaking it lol. Good post, nothing fancy but lots of options to suit whatever tastes you want at the time.
