Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, creamed

1 c. sugar

2 eggs, slightly beaten

1 tsp. vanilla

2/3 c. sifted flour

4 T. cocoa

Directions

Add sugar to the creamed butter and mix in eggs.

Add the vanilla.

Stir in the flour.

Add the cocoa.

Bake 25 mins. at 325 degrees.

DO NOT OVERBAKE.

It was my first time attempting brownies so I made them in a deep tray, unfortunately because of this they did not cook in the middle.

However, I remade them in a shallow tray and they were delicious, great recipe. :)
