This is a yummy dish. I've had it ever since I was young. Everyone I cook it for loves it! It is so simple to make also! I like to double the sauce when putting it on the spam!

Ingredients
- 1 can of Spam
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vinegar ( I use apple vinegar)
- 1 t. mustard
- 1 t. water
Directions
- Mix brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, & water all together. Pour over spam in a casserole dish. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes.

Like a nice cheap Baked ham...I've done this almost identically for years...my family likes Spam...so do I...it's very good the next day in a sandwich, with a nice slice of Swiss and a piece of romaine!! or with eggs and hashbrowns. Mystery Meat can also be made in a crockpot with cabbage and carrots and onions...like corned beef...it's also very good!! Versatile piece of mammalian flesh!!
