How to make it

  • Mix brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, & water all together. Pour over spam in a casserole dish. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes.

    I make this recipe. except ommit the water and vinegar and just use the mustard and brown sugar.

    Like a nice cheap Baked ham...I've done this almost identically for years...my family likes Spam...so do I...it's very good the next day in a sandwich, with a nice slice of Swiss and a piece of romaine!! or with eggs and hashbrowns. Mystery Meat can also be made in a crockpot with cabbage and carrots and onions...like corned beef...it's also very good!! Versatile piece of mammalian flesh!!
