Ingredients

vegetables of your choice (I like potatoes, carrots, peas, onion)

two chicken breasts, cubed

flour

milk, cream or half-and-half

ready-made crescent roll dough

one packet of chicken gravy mix

salt and pepper

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Chop your vegetables, put them in a pot of water, and boil until tender.

Salt and pepper the chicken a bit, put the cubes into a frying pan with some oil, and saute until they are no longer pink.

Put a pinch of flour in the chicken pan and coat the individual cubes.

Once the vegetables are cooked, drain the water, add the chicken, put in a palmful of flour and a splash of milk. Mix.

Add the mixture to a baking pan, and use the back of a big spoon to spread it evenly throughout the pan.

Mix the gravy packet in a small saucepan. Once it's done, pour it in the baking pan on top of the meat/veggie mixture.

Open the crescent roll package, and spread the pieces over the mixture in the pan. One tube is enough for me to put a crust on an 8x12-inch baking pan.

Bake for about 20-30 minutes, until the crescent roll crust is golden.
