How to make it

  • - Brown onions and Garlic in oil (use pot or deep pan)
  • - Add diced red and green peppers, fry until soft
  • - Add diced tomoatoes and all the liquid from the can
  • - Add herb and spices
  • - Simmer for 1/2 hour
  • - Taste to check for acidity
  • - if sauce is too acidic add honey or sugar until satisfactory
  • - Let simmer for another 1/2 hour at least (the more it simmers the better it tastes!
