Cranberry -blueberry- Compote Recipe

this is a fruit compote for ice cream or turkey dinner at thanksgiving
tangy and sweet in one mouth full

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole berry crannberries
- 2 cups of blue berries
- sugar to taste
Directions
- small sauce pan, cover the crannberries w/ water and slowly bring to a low boil
- stir often
- when berries start to break down mash with a potato masher
- add sugar to taste
- while sauce is still warm remove from heat and mash in the blueberries
- you can serve this warm or refridge and serve later...
