Delicious Thai style chicken burgers that taste great with peanut sauce or satay.

Ingredients
  • 1 Lb. Ground Chicken
  • 1 Cup Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 Cup Roasted and Salted Peanuts (Crushed)
  • 1/4 Cup Oyster Sauce
  • 2 Tbs. Ground Ginger
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 Tbs. Vietnamese Spicy Garlic Sauce (Rooster Label)
  • 1 Tbs. Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup cooked Rice
  • 2 Tbs. Salt
  • 2 Tbs. Pepper

Directions
  1. Mix together all ingredients and allow to sit in the fridge for 10 - 20 minutes.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Fry them in a skillet on medium heat for about 5 minutes for each side, or to desired doneness.
  4. Slop them up with peanut sauce and eat em.
