Thai Chicken Burgers

- 1 Lb. ground chicken shopping list
- 1 Cup Fresh cilantro shopping list
- 1 Cup roasted and salted peanuts (Crushed) shopping list
- 1/4 Cup oyster sauce shopping list
- 2 Tbs. ground ginger shopping list
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced) shopping list
- 1/2 Cup coconut milk shopping list
- 2 Tbs. Vietnamese Spicy garlic Sauce (Rooster Label) shopping list
- 1 Tbs. brown sugar shopping list
- 1 Cup cooked rice shopping list
- 2 Tbs. Salt shopping list
- 2 Tbs. pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together all ingredients and allow to sit in the fridge for 10 - 20 minutes.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Fry them in a skillet on medium heat for about 5 minutes for each side, or to desired doneness.
- Slop them up with peanut sauce and eat em.
