Cold Artichoke Dip

- 1 pound canned artichoke hearts, drained shopping list
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 tablespoon onion, chopped (can use green onions) shopping list
- 3-4 slices bacon, fried crisp, and chopped shopping list
- juice of 1/2 fresh lemon shopping list
- salt, pepper, cayenne pepper to taste (I like a generous sprinkle of cayenne pepper) shopping list
- corn chips shopping list
How to make it
- In blender, chop artichoke hearts to pulp
- In bowl, add softened cream cheese to mayonnaise, mix until smooth
- Combine artichoke hearts and cream cheese mixture
- Add rest of ingredients
- Chill until ready to serve
- Serve with corn chips
