Ingredients
  • 6 garlic cloves crushed
  • green pitted olives
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • cooking oil 2 tblspoons
  • 1 kilo chopped chicken
  • 1/2 kilo chopped pork
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 3 pcs. bay leaf
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions
  1. sautee garlic
  2. put meat
  3. add water and pepper
  4. add vinegar and soy sauce when water starts to boil
  5. add bay leaf and olives
  6. leave for 15 minutes
  7. dish is cook when meat turns brownish and oil starts to separate from water
