White Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup of milk at room temperature

1/2 cup mashed banana

2 T butter or margarine

2 T sugar

1/2 tsp salt

3 cups bread flour

1 cup oats

2 tsp yeast

1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Directions

Place the ingredients in the order called for your bread machine.

The 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips go in when the machine beeps for add ins which is usually 5 minutes into the cycle.

This recipe makes a 2 pound loaf of bread.
