Herbed Horseradish Sauce Recipe
This Horseradish sauce is a zip to make in the blender! Serve cold or at room temperature with roast beef, corned beef or ham!

Ingredients
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2-1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons minced dried Chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried whole Tarragon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp prepared Horseradish, drained

Directions
  1. Combine first 6 ingredients (egg yolks through red pepper) in a Blender container; process at HIGH speed until smooth.
  2. With Blender running at HIGH speed, pour in butter in a slow, steady stream, processing until creamy.
  3. With an electric mixture, beat cream until stiff peaks form; fold in sauce mixture and horseradish.
