Ingredients
  • 4 chicken breast filets,boneless and skinless
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 2 1/2 T. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teas. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teas. dijon mustard
  • 3/4 teas. garlic powder
  • 1/8 teas. pepper
  • 2/3 cup finely crushed seasoned croutons
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. In zip lock plastic bag, make marinade by mixing together olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder and pepper. Add chicken,seal bag and shake to mix and thouroughly coat chicken. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer.
  2. On shallow plate, mix crushed croutons and Parmesan cheese. Remove chicken from marinade and drain; reserve marinade. Add chicken, one piece at a time, to crouton mixture, dredging to coat.
  3. Place chicken on greased shallow baking pan; drizzle reserved marinade over chicken. Bake at 400 degrees F. for about 20 minutes or until cooked.
