Diabetic Fruit Crisp

- 3 cups sliced apples shopping list
- 1 16 ounces can juice-packed peaches, undrained 1/2 cup shopping list
- oatmeal shopping list
- 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon cornstarch shopping list
- 2 tablespoon reduced-fat margarine shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Lightly coat a 9x9-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Put
- apples and peaches in pan.
- In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Stir half of mixture
- into fruit.
- Sprinkle remainder of the dry mixture over top of the fruit and bake for
- 30 minutes.
- Yield: 6 servings
