Conch Chowder from the Caribbean

- 2 medium potatoes cubed shopping list
- 4 cups chicken stock shopping list
- 4 processed cheese slices shopping list
- ground pepper shopping list
- 2 carrots semi-diced shopping list
- 2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 conch diced and tenderized with mallet shopping list
- 2 medium onions chopped semi diced shopping list
- 3 tsp butter shopping list
- instant mashed potatoes shopping list
- 2 tsp basil shopping list
- 2 chutes celery semi-diced shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 cup mixed veggies shopping list
- louisianna hot sauce for garnisch shopping list
- a couple shakes of tobasco shopping list
How to make it
- Add potatoes, butter and onions to medium to large pot. Cook onions till golden. Add all the other ingredients, but the instant mashed potatoes to mixture. Simmer for about 1 hour. Add the instant mashed potatoes until chowder becomes thick like a cream type soup.
- Let simmer for about 1 hour more to let the conch get tender.
