Chicken Blues Salad

- 2 cups seasoned, cooked chicken in bite size pieces shopping list
- 8 ounces uncooked shell macaroni shopping list
- 4 cups red grapes shopping list
- 4 cups green grapes shopping list
- 3 ounces bleu cheese, crumbled shopping list
- 1 medium clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 1-1/4 cups mayonnaise shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups chopped walnuts shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Cook macaroni shells al dente; drain
- While pasta is hot, in large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, red and green grapes, bleu cheese, salt, pepper and garlic
- In separate bowl, combine mayonnaise and lemon juice
- Whisk, mixing well
- Stir into salad until ingredients are coated
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours or over night for flavors to blend
- Toss before serving
- Garnish with the chopped walnuts
