How to make it

  • Cook macaroni shells al dente; drain
  • While pasta is hot, in large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, red and green grapes, bleu cheese, salt, pepper and garlic
  • In separate bowl, combine mayonnaise and lemon juice
  • Whisk, mixing well
  • Stir into salad until ingredients are coated
  • Cover and refrigerate for several hours or over night for flavors to blend
  • Toss before serving
  • Garnish with the chopped walnuts
