Chicken, bleu cheese, shell macaroni, red and green grapes, garlic, lemon juice, walnuts combined with mayonnaise. Delicious and easy.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups seasoned, cooked chicken in bite size pieces
  • 8 ounces uncooked shell macaroni
  • 4 cups red grapes
  • 4 cups green grapes
  • 3 ounces bleu cheese, crumbled
  • 1 medium clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1-1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped walnuts
  • Salt and pepper

Directions
  1. Cook macaroni shells al dente; drain
  2. While pasta is hot, in large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, red and green grapes, bleu cheese, salt, pepper and garlic
  3. In separate bowl, combine mayonnaise and lemon juice
  4. Whisk, mixing well
  5. Stir into salad until ingredients are coated
  6. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or over night for flavors to blend
  7. Toss before serving
  8. Garnish with the chopped walnuts
