Orange Cranberry Walnut Loaf Recipe

How to make it

  • Add in order specified in your bread machine manual. (Usually the order I have listed above.)
  • Do not use delay bake function (cuz of milk and eggs).
  • Cranberries and walnuts can be added at beep (or 5 min. before end of last kneading).
  • White or basic bread, light crust.
  • There is a note to rub a T of cold butter over top and sides of hot loaf as it cools.
