How to make it

  • pastry:cream butter and sugar
  • add egg
  • add flour and form dough
  • chill for 30 min(but i dnt)
  • roll out,cut wth round cookie cutter
  • put in patty pan tray
  • put 1/2 tspn jam and about a tspn filling
  • bake at 180 degrees till golden
  • filling:combine all ingred,mix well
