How to make it

  • heat ghee and add wheat
  • cook til nicely browned
  • add 3 cups water,cook over medium heat
  • til nice and soft but retains its shape
  • add condensed milk and rest of ingred
  • mix well
  • lower heat,simmer til dry
  • sprinkle with almonds before serving

    my late husband used to love it I used to make it as a sweet starter most Sundays for lunch i used to add some saunmf ,bringing a tear to my eye ,as it has only been 7 months we miss him sooo much
