Ingredients

How to make it

  • Boil the water in a pot.
  • Add the coffee to the water and bring to a boil over low heat.
  • Remove from the heat for five minutes to allow the coffee to settle.
  • Put the cardamom in the pot, strain the coffee into it and add the saffron or rosewater.
  • Bring back to boil once and serve.

    in general you can drink this coffee anytime but we usually drnk it after eating arabic sweets and dates... it makes some balance because sweets are sweet and coffee is biter

    I get the feeling that this is more an after dinner drink but I'm gonna try it tomorrow at breakfast anyway. I have everything except the arabic coffee. Would it make a huge difference if I used regular ground coffee?
