This is a simple quick dish my family loves.

Ingredients
  • 2 T. Sesame Oil
  • 1lb. Beef chunks
  • 2 bags Romen Noodle soup (save beef packets)
  • 1c. Water
  • 1/4c. Szechwan sauce
  • 1lb. bag Frozen stir-fry veggies

Directions
  1. In pan heat oil and brown beef chunks.
  2. Brake up noodles in bag then add to beef, also add water, beef packet and Szechwan sauce. Cook 5 mins.
  3. Then add veggies. Mix and cover for 5 mins. and serve over rice or crispy noodles.
