How to make it

  • Peel and slice the plantains into small pieces
  • Boil water with palm sugar and then sift.
  • Pour in the palm sugar syrup in a sauce pan together with the banana plantains.
  • Add coconut milk and cinnamon stick.
  • Bring to boil and let simmer for about 10 - 15 minutes.

    i have been a fan of a much plainer version, just sliced bananas and milk with some cinnamon sugar, but this sounds even better!
