This is a vegan soda bread recipe.

Ingredients
  • Soda bread
  • Mix:
  • 2 c flour
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • 1 tablepoon baking powder
  • ½ t baking soda
  • ¼ t salt
  • 1 T cornstarch
  • Add:
  • 3 T softened margarine
  • 2 T oil
  • 1 T ground flax
  • ¾ c soymilk with
  • 1 T vinegar

Directions
  1. Mix gently
  2. Add a tiny bit more flour of too sticky.
  3. Shape into 7 "round with hole in middle
  4. like big doughnut.
  5. Place on greased baking sheet
  6. Cut pie like before baking
  7. Bake 375 30-35 minutes
