Cherry Cola Gelatin Salad Recipe

How to make it

  • Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Dissolve gelatin into boiling water.
  • Stir into cheese mixture blending well.
  • Drain cherries and pineapple measuring 1-1/2 cups syrup.
  • Add syrup and cola to gelatin.
  • Chill until slightly thickened.
  • Fold in cherries, pineapple and nuts.
  • Pour into 1-1/2 quart mold.
