Almond Penne Veggie Salad

- (use vegan ingredients) shopping list
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds shopping list
- 1 cup dry penne pasta shopping list
- Italian dressing to taste shopping list
- steamed: shopping list
- 1/2 cup green beans shopping list
- 2 cups broccoli shopping list
- 1/4 cup peas shopping list
- 1 small red pepper sliced shopping list
How to make it
- steam red pepper, broccoli, peas, and green beans for ten minutes or until the desired tenderness is achieved.
- prepare penne as directed
- this should take about 10 minutes if done at the same time
- Combine pasta with veggies
- Cool for a few hours or eat nice and hot
- add italian dressing to taste, and almond slices and enjoy!
