Almond Penne Veggie Salad Recipe
This dish can be made to taste- give or take on veggies, give or take on the amount of pasta you would like.

Ingredients
  • (use vegan ingredients)
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup dry penne pasta
  • Italian dressing to taste
  • steamed:
  • 1/2 cup green beans
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 1/4 cup peas
  • 1 small red pepper sliced

Directions
  1. steam red pepper, broccoli, peas, and green beans for ten minutes or until the desired tenderness is achieved.
  2. prepare penne as directed
  3. this should take about 10 minutes if done at the same time
  4. Combine pasta with veggies
  5. Cool for a few hours or eat nice and hot
  6. add italian dressing to taste, and almond slices and enjoy!
