  • Combine sugar, lemon rind and juice then add flavoring.
  • Add milk and stir until sugar is dissolved.
  • Pour into freezing tray and freeze.
  • When firm remove to chilled bowl and beat until light and creamy.
  • Return to tray and finish freezing.
