Lemon Sherbert

- 1-1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon extract shopping list
- 1 pint milk shopping list
How to make it
- Combine sugar, lemon rind and juice then add flavoring.
- Add milk and stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Pour into freezing tray and freeze.
- When firm remove to chilled bowl and beat until light and creamy.
- Return to tray and finish freezing.
