How to make it

  • boil water and cook pasta till al dente
  • after you strain pasta mix a tbsp of olive oil in with pasta this will keep it from sticking and keep better for left overs or a packed lunch
  • steam sliced zuchinni and yellow squash you can use pepper and garlic for flavor
  • slice a few pieces of salami stacked lengthwise
  • toss steamed vegetables with pasta, sliced black olives, tomatoes, parmesean cheese and salami
  • enjoy!
