This is a healthy shake. This is especially good for people whom may not be big fans of traditional breakfast to keep from starting your day out empty.

Ingredients
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 small baking or sweet potato (peeled)
  • 1 packet stevia
  • 1/2 teaspoon organic vanilla
  • 3 ounces distilled water
  • 5 ounces of organic coconut milk, almond milk, soy milk, or rice milk
  • ( your preference)
  • 6 cubes of ice
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients in blender and whip at maximum speed until ice-cream consistency.
  2. Pour into a glass and sprinkle nutmeg on top.
  3. Then enjoy!
