Ingredients

mixed greens

Top with:

Chopped golden delicious apples

sliced almonds

chopped pecans

1 oz. feta cheese

bread crumbs

Raspberry vinegarette dressing

Directions

After putting the greens in a bowl and adding all the ingredients...

For each serving broil 1 oz. feta cheese topped with bread crumbs. Make sure feta bubbles and bread crumbs brown.

Serve with the raspberry vinegarette dressing( I useKnotts berry Farm lowfat dressing)
