How to make it

  • Take all your extra hard boiled eggs- peel and halve them on the long axis
  • remove egg yolks and save
  • in a small dish put in egg yolks
  • add softend creme cheese and mash into a paste
  • add yogurt until very creamy
  • with spoon refill egg halves
  • top with strawberry slices
