We had to go on a low sodium diet so I bought a bread machine and after a little tweaking, I came up with this very good sandwich bread.

What brand bread machine do you recommend? I had one several years ago, we moved and I got rid of it. I'm thinking about purchasing another one.

I did a lot of research before I bought mine, I read all the comments on Amazon too. The hands down favorite was a Panasonic SD-YD250. It is quite compared to most, it turns out perfect loafs every time. I am very happy with it. And I like that you add the yeast in at the top, so it drops in at the right time. It is one of the least expensive but those who pay more don't get the quality this one has. (I should get paid for this commercial...LOL)

Hi Joydtim,,,yes you can use regular in place of the butter flavored. They have a garlic salt that is good too but it does limit what you can use your bread for. No one wants garlic in thier toast in the morning. LOL...especially if you wan to make french toast when it gets a little stale. : )
