Bread Machine Sandwich Bread No Salt Recipe

	Evegpt / All my dishes 1 year, 8 months ago We had to go on a low sodium diet so I bought a bread machine and after a little tweaking, I came up with this very good sandwich bread. Prep:5m Cook:4m Servings:810	Evegpt

Ingredients

3 cups flour

1 & 1/2 TBS sugar

1 & 1/2 TBS powdered milk

1& 1/2 TBS butter

1 tsp butter flavored ALSO SALT (I buy this online at alsosalt.com)

1/2 crushed asorbic Acid pill (Vit C)

1 & 1/4 cup water from faucet

1 tsp yeast

Directions

Put these in in order the way your instruction book tells you...Some of them put dry first and some put wet first...Mine puts dry first because I have a place on top of my machine to put the yeast in last.. Set it on sandwich loaf. This makes a great, firm bread for slicing and makes great sandwiches....no metallic taste because of the ALSO Salt....it does not taste like the other salt substitutes..I will upload a pic the next time I make bread,,I don't have one right now.

I did a lot of research before I bought mine, I read all the comments on Amazon too. The hands down favorite was a Panasonic SD-YD250. It is quite compared to most, it turns out perfect loafs every time. I am very happy with it. And I like that you add the yeast in at the top, so it drops in at the right time. It is one of the least expensive but those who pay more don't get the quality this one has. (I should get paid for this commercial...LOL)

Hi Joydtim,,,yes you can use regular in place of the butter flavored. They have a garlic salt that is good too but it does limit what you can use your bread for. No one wants garlic in thier toast in the morning. LOL...especially if you wan to make french toast when it gets a little stale. : )
