How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a small bowl, combine butter and spices. Brush the top of each tortilla with butter mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and salt.
  • Cut the tortillas into wedges and place them on a baking sheet and bake 10 to 15 minutes until crisp.
  • Once they are crisped, take them out of the oven and transfer the chips onto a wire rack to cool. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving or storing.
  • Makes about 8 dozen chips.
