Parmesan Cheese Crisps

- 6 Tablespoons melted unsalted butter shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon ground tumeric shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 12 6 inch corn tortillas shopping list
- salt shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a small bowl, combine butter and spices. Brush the top of each tortilla with butter mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and salt.
- Cut the tortillas into wedges and place them on a baking sheet and bake 10 to 15 minutes until crisp.
- Once they are crisped, take them out of the oven and transfer the chips onto a wire rack to cool. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving or storing.
- Makes about 8 dozen chips.
