These few warmer days are making me think of the BQ Grill.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground round
  • 1 pound ground cooked ham
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 3/4 teasp. salt
  • 1/8 teasp.pepper
  • Commercial Bar-Q-Sauce
  • 2 slices of process American cheese ,Quartered
  • 8 hamburger buns,toasted

Directions
  1. Combine the first 6 ingredients
  2. Shape into 8 patties,about 4 in. in diameter(mixture well be sticky)
  3. Place on grill
  4. Cook 4 to 8 minutes on each side
  5. Baste patties with Bar-Q-Sauce during cooking
  6. Top pattties with cheese during last 2 minutes of cooking
  7. Serve with everything you like on a hamburger.
  8. Enjoy
