Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 pounds New Potatoes, quartered and boiled
  • 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pepperoncini
  • 1/4 cup sweet gherkins, diced
  • 1/4 cup Stonewall Kitchen Farmhouse Green Relish
  • 1/4 cup Stonewall Kithchen Traditional Yellow Mustard
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Directions
  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender when pierced with a fork. Drain and cool in the refrigerator. Once cooled, add all remaining ingredients and stir gently until well blended. Add salt and pepper to taste.
