Fruit smoothie. I have this really anytime of day. Usually breakfast, but you can have it anytime.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup organic frozen blue berries
  • 1 cup organic frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup frozen organic bananas
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • There really are so many variations of a smoothie. Sometimes I add juice instead of water. I also have an organic mixture of passion fruits that I use or organic strawberries. I also usually add liquid vitamins to my smoothie. You can also share this with someone else. I usually don't :) so that is why I put serving 1.

Directions
  1. Put ingredients in a blender and blend :) .May need to add more water to help smooth the smoothie out.
