Kathis Morning Smoothie

- 1 cup organic frozen blue berries shopping list
- 1 cup organic frozen mixed berries shopping list
- 1/2 cup frozen organic bananas shopping list
- 1 scoop whey protein powder shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- There really are so many variations of a smoothie. Sometimes I add juice instead of water. I also have an organic mixture of passion fruits that I use or organic strawberries. I also usually add liquid vitamins to my smoothie. You can also share this with someone else. I usually don't :) so that is why I put serving 1. shopping list
How to make it
- Put ingredients in a blender and blend :) .May need to add more water to help smooth the smoothie out.
