When Grandmother did'nt have powdered sugar,she frosted her Wacky Cake with this.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 5 level Tablespoon flour
  • 1 stick Marg.
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1 cup sugar(not powdered)

Directions
  1. Put the milk and floun in sauce pan,cook until thick .
  2. Set a side to cool
  3. Beat until fluffy ,the marg.and shortening,sugar.
  4. Combine the two mixtures and Beat about 3 to 4 minutes until frosting like
