Ingredients
  • Tuna Fish/Sear Fish or any fish of your choice 150 g
  • Ginger 1/4"
  • Garlic 1
  • Minced onion 1/2 (small)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper
  • Green Chili 1 (Only if you like it..........really optional)
  • Curry Leaves 4-5
  • Cilantro chopped 1 Tbsp
  • Mint leaves chopped 1 Tbsp
  • Kitchen King Masala (Totally Optional) 1-2 Tsp
  • Pinch of Turmeric powder
  • Egg 1
  • Corn Flour 1-2 Tbsp
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil to fry

Directions
  1. If you don't get canned Fish like we do here in Germany, take 150g of any fish. Boil it in water with salt and pepper.
  2. Remove it when cooked. Remove all skin and bones. Then shred it.
  3. In a pan pour 1 Tbsp of oil. When hot add onions and fry. When onions change color add ginger+garlic+chili paste and fry for few seconds.
  4. Now add shredded fish to it and fry till the mixture becomes dry.
  5. Add salt, pepper, curry leaves, turmeric powder, kitchen king masala, cilantro and mint leaves and mix it well. Turn off the heat and let it cool for a while.
  6. In a dish mix the fish mixture, 1 beaten egg and corn flour. Mix well and then make flat balls. Roll them in breadcrumbs and then fry them in oil.
  7. You can either shallow or deep fry it..........I shallow fried it.
  8. Serve it with Ketchup.
  9. ENJOY!!
