How to make it

  • If you don't get canned Fish like we do here in Germany, take 150g of any fish. Boil it in water with salt and pepper.
  • Remove it when cooked. Remove all skin and bones. Then shred it.
  • In a pan pour 1 Tbsp of oil. When hot add onions and fry. When onions change color add ginger+garlic+chili paste and fry for few seconds.
  • Now add shredded fish to it and fry till the mixture becomes dry.
  • Add salt, pepper, curry leaves, turmeric powder, kitchen king masala, cilantro and mint leaves and mix it well. Turn off the heat and let it cool for a while.
  • In a dish mix the fish mixture, 1 beaten egg and corn flour. Mix well and then make flat balls. Roll them in breadcrumbs and then fry them in oil.
  • You can either shallow or deep fry it..........I shallow fried it.
  • Serve it with Ketchup.
  • ENJOY!!
