Ingredients

Starting with Peaches Note: all fruit is canned using juice

Add these fruits every two weeks ,adding 1 cup of sugar each time.

Leaving in loose lid glass container at room temperture

I start on July 15 Peaches-sugar

July29 Pineapple-sugar

August 12 Cherries-sugar

August 26 Apricots-sugar

Sept.9 Peaches-sugar

Continue adding the fruit every two weeks in the order of:

Pineapple,Cherries,Apricots,peaches,adding one cup of sugar each time.

After awhile you will thing that it is spoiling,but it is only fermentation

Good on vanilla ice cream or plain pound cake
