How to make it

  • Slice liver into thin strips and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Remove liver form heat.
  • Melt the butter in a pan.
  • Add the onions and fry until they are golden.
  • Add the liver and continue frying for 1 - 2 minunes constantly stirring.
  • Remove mixture form heat.
  • Put all of the remaining ingredients (egg, chicken stock, salt, black pepper and bread slices without crust) with the onions and liver in a food processor.
  • Chop in processor until a smooth mixture is achieved.
  • Next steps are not mandatory:
  • Grease a 9″ baking dish and spoon the mixture into it.
  • Bake for 45 minutes in a pre-hetaed 450 degree F oven.
  • Remove from oven and cool to room temperature.
