How to make it

  • In saucepan over medium-low heat ; add mango pieces with water, lemon juice and sugar.
  • Stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil; add cornstarch and continue stirring until mixture is thickened.
  • Remove from heat and place in a container with lid and place in refrigerator until chilled.
  • Once this is chilled; mix into your favorite plain or vanilla yogurt or ice cream or over top of ice cream for a delicious treat.
