Mango Glaze Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups thinly sliced fresh or pre-thawed mangos

1 cup of water

1 Tbsp. corn starch

1 tsp. lemon juice

1 cup of granulated sugar

Directions

In saucepan over medium-low heat ; add mango pieces with water, lemon juice and sugar.

Stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil; add cornstarch and continue stirring until mixture is thickened.

Remove from heat and place in a container with lid and place in refrigerator until chilled.

Once this is chilled; mix into your favorite plain or vanilla yogurt or ice cream or over top of ice cream for a delicious treat.
