simple new way to serve your Chops.

Ingredients
  • 4 -1 1/2 inch thick Pork Chops
  • 2 Tbs Butter
  • 1 Cup apple Juice

Directions
  1. brown meat in butter.
  2. Pour apple juice over top of chops and gently simmer until juice is mostly evaporated.
  3. Sauce will be thick sticky and brown and requires constant attention.
  4. Serve with an accompaniment ( Rice Potatoes or Vegs)
